Glenn Beck has signed a $100 million five-year contract renewal deal with Premiere radio to keep his "The Glenn Beck Program" on the air. The figure was not confirmed, but based on a person with "direct knowledge of the deal," according to the New York Times.
"Over the past 10 years, they have proven to be a true partner in every sense of the word," Beck said in a statement.
Beck started in syndication with Clear Channel owned by Premiere ten years ago. His new contract is worth twice as much as his last. In 2007, his contract was reportedly valued at $50 million over five years.
Beck's show is broadcast on over 400 stations and runs for three hours every morning. He is near the top of talk show ratings where he vies for listeners with Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.
