AgriMarine CFO Frank Guo Resigns; Names John Buchanan New Finance Chief

AgriMarine Holdings Inc. (FSH.V: Quote, AGMHF, A2G.F), an aquaculture technology company, said Monday that its Chief Financial Officer Frank Guo has resigned. The company has named John Buchanan, a director of the board, as the new CFO.

Buchanan recently worked in senior executive positions in finance, sales and marketing, engineering and manufacturing before landing the position of President of Delphax Systems. He was also the previous Chairperson of the Audit committee of AgriMarine.

The company also noted that the founder of Nova Bancorp, Harry Knutson, was appointed as chairperson of the Audit committee and David Haig, a special advisor to AgriMarine's CEO, was appointed to the Finance committee.

AgriMarine said that it has granted an incentive stock option to certain of its directors to purchase up to 150,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company pursuant to an approved share option plan. The options can be exercised at a price of $0.20 per share on or before June 11.
