Julianne Hough hit the red carpet for the premiere of the upcoming film Rock of Ages. The film's female lead, wearing a form-fitting Valentino dress, joined co-stars Tom Cruise, Mary J. Blige, Russell Brand and Malin Akerman at the event.
The plot of the film centers on two lovers Sherrie Christian (Hough) and Drew Boley (Diego Boneta) who pursue a romantic relationship set against the glam-metal backdrop of Hollywood's Sunset Strip.
In addition to her acting duties, Hough also lends her vocal talents to several of the film's medleys including "Sister Christian"/"Just Like Paradise"/"Nothin' but a Good Time," "Juke Box Hero"/"I Love Rock 'n' Roll," "Waiting For A Girl Like You" and more.
Rock of Ages, the 1980s-set rock musical from director Adam Shankman (Glee) arrives in theaters on June 15.
