Michael Kors Holdings (KORS) reported fourth quarter net income of $0.22 per share Tuesday morning, up from $0.10 per share in the previous year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.16. The company expects to report first quarter EPS of $0.18 to $0.20 and between $1.08 and $1.12 for the full year. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.17 and $0.98.

Michael Kors Holdings has gapped open sharply higher Tuesday and is now up 3.63 at $41.81 on above average volume. The stock has risen to a 2-week high and is now challenging its 50-day moving average.
