Biodel Inc. (BIOD) announced after the close Monday that its Board of Directors has approved a reverse split of its common stock at a ratio of one-for-four.
Biodel has gapped open sharply higher this morning and is now up 2.02 at $2.84. The stock is trading at a new high for the year.
