Misonix In New 3 Year Distribution Agreement With Siad Healthcare

Misonix Inc. (MSON: Quote) said Tuesday it has entered into a new three year exclusive distribution agreement with Italy-based SIAD Healthcare for the distribution of the SonaStar Ultrasonic Surgical Aspiration System, the BoneScalpel Ultrasonic Bone Cutting System, and the SonicOne Ultrasonic Wound Cleansing and Debridement System.

The agreement provides SIAD with the right to sell throughout Italy, San Marino and Vatican City. Included in the agreement are annual minimum purchase requirements.

China May Leading Index Signals Weaker Economic Growth Ahead

A leading indicator of Chinese economic activity rose marginally in May and at a slower pace than a month earlier, suggesting more sluggish growth for the overall economy in the months ahead. The poll found that 45 percent of Americans approve of the way Obama is handling his job as president, down from 53 percent in a poll conducted last month.
