ENGlobal Corp. (ENG), a provider of energy-related project delivery solutions, on Wednesday said its Chief Financial Officer John Beall has resigned from the company with immediate effect to pursue other interests.
The Houston, Texas-based company, which recently reported a wider loss and lower revenues for its fourth quarter, said it has undertaken an external search for a new Chief Financial Officer The company's Controller, Mark Hess will undertake CFO duties in the meantime, with oversight from Edward Pagano, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Pagano said, "We are appreciative of John's efforts on behalf of ENGlobal over the past year and wish him well in his future endeavors. While we will move quickly to identify a replacement, our goal is to hire the best candidate possible. Until then, I am confident that our existing financial team will continue to support ENGlobal in its renewed growth efforts."
