The Fresh Market, Inc. (TFM: Quote) announced the pricing of a previously announced public offering of 10.03 million shares of its common stock. The shares are being offered by certain existing stockholders at a public offering price of $50.50 per share. No shares of common stock are being offered by the company in the offering. The company said it will not receive any of the proceeds from this offering.

In addition, certain selling stockholders have agreed to grant the underwriter for this offering an option to purchase an additional 1.50 million shares of common stock.

NASA's Cassini spacecraft, now exploring Saturn, will take a picture of Earth from a distance of hundreds of millions of miles on July 19. NASA is inviting the public to help acknowledge the historic interplanetary portrait as it is being taken.
