Gainers:

Celgene Corp. (CELG) is rising nearly 2 percent to $64.25. The company announced that its board authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $2.5 billion of its common stock.

Dell Inc. (DELL) is up 3 percent to $12.31. The company announced that it plans to pay quarterly cash dividends on its common stock starting in its fiscal third quarter.

Decliners:

Nokia Corp. (NOK) is falling nearly 2 percent to $2.82. The company is reportedly nearing an agreement to sell its Vertu luxury-phone unit to Swedish private-equity firm EQT Partners AB.

The Fresh Market, Inc. (TFM) is falling more than 1 percent to $51.35. The company announced the launch of a public offering of 10.03 million shares of its common stock. The shares in this offering are being offered by certain existing stockholders.

A123 Systems, Inc. (AONE) is down nearly 11 percent to $1.41. The company's stock gained in yesterday's regular trading based on the news about the introduction of a new lithium ion battery technology Nanophosphate EXT.

Nucor Corp. (NUE) is declining over 2 percent to $35.35. The company said it currently expects to see only a modest improvement in its second quarter earnings. The company said lower performance in the quarter is mainly due to a surge in imports, particularly rebar, plate and sheet steel, which began at the end of 2011 and has continued through the first half of 2012.
