California-based Antonelli's and Sons is recalling about 3,534 pounds of a raw stuffed chicken product because of misbranding and undeclared ingredients that includes known allergens.

The product being recalled is 1-lb. trays of "TRADER JOE'S CRANBERRY APPLE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST," with an use by date of 06/13/12 through 06/23/12. The product bears the establishment number "P-22018".

According to the company, the product may contain undeclared ingredients such as milk, soy and monosodium glutamate. The product was packaged between June 1 and June 11 of 2012 and was distributed to retail establishments in Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

The problem was discovered by FSIS personnel during a label review and may have occurred as a result of a change in an ingredient used in the product. Both the FSIS and the company have not received reports of adverse reactions related to the product.
