Cominar Closes Offering Of C$125 Mln Of 4.274% Debentures

Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (CUF-UN.TO) Friday closed its public offering of C$125 million aggregate principal amount of 4.274 percent Series 1 senior unsecured debentures due June 15, 2017.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to pay down its debt outstanding under current credit facilities and for general trust purposes.
