Two service members of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) were killed in militant attacks in Afghanistan on Friday. One of the soldiers was killed in an incident in the south, while the other was killed in the east, ISAF said in separate press releases. It did not disclose the victims' nationality deferring casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
With this, the total number of foreign troop casualties in Afghanistan this year crossed 200.
