Innsuites Hospitality Trust (IHT: Quote) Friday reported a first-quarter profit of of $464 thousand, up from $50 thousand in the year-earlier quarter, helped mainly by higher revenues.
Room revenues for the quarter increased 7.2 percent to $4.3 million from $4.0 million last year.
