Augen Capital Corp. (AUG.V: Quote) Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Amy Stephenson has resigned to pursue other endeavors. The company has appointed Carmelo Marrelli as new CFO.
Marrelli is a Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountantis, as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada.
