AAR Corp. (AIR) announced after the bell Thursday that it now expects to report fourth quarter EPS of $0.44 to $0.46 before special items. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.48. The company also announced that it received authorization from its Board of Directors to repurchase up to $50 million in common stock.
AAR Corp. traded to the downside for the majority of Friday's session and closed lower by 1.23 at $10.34 on the highest volume of the year. The stock dropped below a 2-week range and finished at a new low for the year.
