Cubic Energy Inc. (QBC) said Friday it received a ruling from the District Court in Dallas County, Texas, confirming the Arbitration Award previously announced with respect to the dispute with EXCO Operating Co. LP and BG US Production Co. as to drilling credits pertaining to the company's Northwest Louisiana acreage.
The company said the Arbitration is subject to a Confidentiality Order.
