Global Green Matrix Corp. (GGX.V: Quote) announced that 15.4 million common share purchase warrants, exercisable at C$0.20 per share, and having an original expiry date of July 13, 2012, have been extended by one year and will currently expire on July 13, 2013.
The company stated that all other terms and conditions of the warrants remain the same.
According to Global Green, application to amend the warrants is subject to the TSX Venture Exchange's acceptance, and the company makes no assurances that the required acceptance for the extension of the term of the warrants will be granted.
