Jay-Z has reportedly ordered that Rihanna enter rehab or risk getting dropped from his label. According to a new report from Closer, the Roc Nation boss laid down the law after Rihanna missed a number of recent flights due to her excessive partying.
"Rihanna has been out of control for months," a source close to the label told Closer, adding that the missed flights were "the final straw for management."
The source also adds that Jay issued her an ultimatum saying, "Go to rehab now or I'll drop you from the label."
The source says that she has nearly reached her "breaking point."
"She's physically and mentally exhausted and feeling lost. I think she desperately needs help and some time off. Not just from work but from all the other stresses in her life too," the source concludes.
