Trace Adkins has signed on to host a new DIY Network special titled Ultimate Fishing Lodge. The singer, who is known for his track "Just Fishin'," will hit the water in Deep Water Cay, Bahamas while a team of DIY experts take on the challenge of refurbishing a fishing lodge.
"I love fishing, and I like to work with my hands, I like to build stuff, so I was the perfect choice for the job," Trace explains in a statement.
The show will air Sunday, June 17 (Father's Day) at 8:00 PM ET on the DIY Network, and Atkins will bring in a few of his famous friends, including Liam Neeson, Michael Keaton and famed news broadcaster Tom Brokaw.
