Both Jane's Addiction and the Red Hot Chili Peppers will have U.K. garage-rock act Band of Skulls opening for them on the road this summer in North America.
Jane's Addiction will have them as a supporting act for four dates in August, while the Chili Peppers will have them on the bill for six shows in late September and early October.
Band of Skulls will also headline a few gigs in between the Jane's Addiction and Chili Peppers shows and make stops at Lollapalooza on August 3 and the Austin City Limits Festival on October 13. The band is supporting their last album, Sweet Sour which was relased in February of 2011.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers are fresh off of their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction earlier this year, while Jane's Addiction are touring behind their 2011 release, The Great Escape Artist.
