Adam Levine from Maroon 5 is reportedly in talks to appear in the new music/romantic comedy film Can a Song Save Your Life? The film centers on a young couple who both move to New York City to pursue careers in music. Other stars linked to the project include Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo and Hailee Steinfeld.
The news comes at a busy time for Levine who is also currently appearing as judge on The Voice, and also appearing on the FX series American Horror Story.
"I mean, it's pretty much happening. I think it's happening. I don't know how much I can divulge, because [series co-creator] Ryan [Murphy] is very under wraps. It's going to be fun. And I told [Murphy] I really didn't know what I was doing, but he didn't seem to really care," Levine explained of his involvement. "So I'm just going to go and try to [do] acting. I think I'm going to be kind of playing myself, so hopefully it will be easy."
