CBS has reportedly green lit a game show project from Ryan Seacrest based on the popular game app "Draw Something." The game allows users to draw pre-selected subjects and then a partner on the web must guess the subject.
According to hollywoodreporter.com, the program is in development from Sony Pictures Television, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Embassy Row. Seacrest is executive producing alongside Michael Davies ("The Glee Project") and Ryan Seacrest Productions' CEO Adam Sher.
"Draw Something" was released by mobile app leaders Zynga and will present a format similar to CBS' classic game show "Win, Lose or Draw" and thus far there is no word on a release date for the pilot. The news comes at a busy time for Zynga, who made headlines with their purchase of the game's original developer OMGPOP three months ago.
