AC/DC singer Brian Johnson says there is personal sacrifice involved for the band members when putting on their fiery stage show.
During a recent interview with Fox News, the rock legend explained how he is frequently burned by the cannon blasts used during their on-stage performance of "For Those About to Rock We Salute You."
"I could write a book about standing under the cannon for 30 years," he said. "These horrible sparks come out of them - at the end of the show I have burn marks all over my shoulders."
Johnson also gave a little bit of insight into his simple, yet effective, method for warming up before each show:
"I just go into the bathroom, make a big loud noise and then come back to the boys and say. 'Well, that's me ready'."
