Gevo Inc. (GEVO: Quote) announced Wednesday morning that the U.S. District Court of Delaware denied the Motion for Preliminary Injunction sought by Butamax Advanced Biofuels LLC against Gevo.
Gevo gapped open higher Wednesday, but traded in a range for the majority of the session. The stock closed up by 1.83 at $7.75 on the highest volume of the year. Gevo jumped to a month and a half high and re-crossed both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
