After-market Movers For June 20 (SUNH, EGLE, POZN, BBBY, RHT)

Shares of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. (SUNH) jumped more than 35% in after hours trading after the healthcare services company said it has agreed to be acquired by Genesis HealthCare for $8.50 per share in cash.

Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. (EGLE) shares surged more than 14% in extended hours trading after the drybulk shipper said that it has reached an agreement with a syndicate of its lenders led by Royal Bank of Scotland plc, resolving all outstanding issues with them.

Shares of Pozen Inc. (POZN) slumped more than 18% in late trading after the drugmaker said the U.S. Food & Drug Administration has come to a preliminary determination that the Pozen's experimental GI ulcer drug PA32540 did not show bioequivalence with enteric-coated aspirin 325 mg based on the information available to the agency at this time. In addition, the FDA also advised POZEN that for the development of a combination product with 81 mg aspirin, an in vivo bioequivalence study will be necessary unless a biowaiver can be further justified.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc (BBBY) shares slipped more than 10% in after hours trading after the home goods retailer gave a weak earnings outlook for the second quarter.

Red Hat Inc (RHT) shares fell more than 9% in extended hours trading after the world's largest seller of Linux software, after the company's first quarter billings missed some analysts' estimates.
