Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa have confirmed that their new addition will be a boy. Vanessa, the host of "Wipeout," hit the web earlier this week to break the news and says she and Nick are thrilled to meet their son.
"It's a BOY. Nick and I are incredibly excited to share the news that we are expecting a baby boy," the "Wipeout" host, 31, announced on her website Wednesday. "We can't wait to meet him soon!!!"
It seems the baby's gender is a dream come true for Vanessa, who previously admitted that she was hoping for a son, tweeting: "I'm excited either way! But I always wanted a boy first."
She did, however, add that the pair were ultimately hoping for "a healthy baby" of either gender.
