Vaaldiam Mining Inc. (VAA.TO: Quote) said Thursday that it has received shareholder approval for the plan of arrangement with BCKP Ltd.
The company added that it will now apply to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a final order approving the Arrangement and the hearing in respect of the Order is expected to take place on June 28.
Vaaldiam and BCKP expect to complete the Arrangement as soon as possible, provided the final order is granted and the remaining conditions are satisfied.
