BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (BMR) said Thursday that its operating partnership subsidiary, BioMed Realty, L.P., priced a public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Senior Notes due 2022.
The Notes were priced at 99.126% of the principal amount to yield 4.358% to maturity.
The operating partnership plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its unsecured line of credit and for other general corporate and working capital purposes.
