SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd. (BOX) announced that its subsidiary, CLI Funding V LLC, successfully completed an offering of $225 million aggregate principal amount of Series 2012-1 Fixed Rate Secured Notes on June 21, 2012.
The Series 2012-1 Notes were rated "A" by Standard & Poor's and have an annual interest rate of 4.21%. SeaCube will use the proceeds of the offering for additional container purchases and other general business purposes.
