Shares of Harvest Natural Resources Inc. (HNR) jumped more than 87% in after hours trading after the independent energy company said its subsidiary HNR Energia B.V. has signed a share purchase agreement with Indonesia's PT Pertamina to sell all of its interests in Venezuela for $725.0 million in an all-cash deal.
Interval Leisure Group, Inc. (IILG) shares surged more than 11% in extended hours trading after the provider of membership and leisure services to the vacation industry said that its subsidiary, Interval Acquisition Corp., has entered into an amended and restated $500 million revolving credit facility, replacing its existing $50 million revolving credit facility and term loan with an original principal amount of $150 million that was set to expire in July 2013.
Shares of Ryder System Inc. (R) slumped more than 9% in late trading after the logistics company cut its earnings outlook for the second quarter and full year 2012.
