Chris Brown has launched his own label, Chris Brown Entertainment (CBE), and is beginning to foster some new talent.

The "Turn It Up" singer recently gave these young budding stars some advice about the music business. Those included on the CBE roster are singer-rapper Kevin McCall, rock diva Sabrina Antoinette, former RichGirl member Sevyn, rock group UgLy, and singer Joelle James.

"I want to make sure that every artist I work with is happy and they get a fair chance because we doing all the work," said Breezy.

However those who are interested in being signed to the label should not approach Brown on the street with their CD.

"I hate that. I'll listen to it, but nine times out of 10 it's trash," he laughed.
