Altai Resources Inc. (ATI.V: Quote) announced that at its 2012 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders held on June 22, 2012 in Toronto, Niyazi Kacira, Sethu Raman and Didier Pomerleau were re-elected as Directors of the Company, and Mehmet Taner, a consulting geologist and mineralogist with 30 years' experience in the mining industry, and Nick Tintor, a geologist with 25 years' experience involving various aspects of junior mining company management and financing, were elected as new Directors of the Company.
Altai Resources said Niyazi Kacira remains the Chairman of the company and is also elected by the Board as the President of the Company.
