Omni Ventures Names Deepak Ramchandani CEO, Intent To Acquire New Assets

Omni Ventures Inc. (OMVE.OB) Monday announced the appointment of Deepak Ramchandani as the company's chief executive officer.

Ramchandani is an apparel industry veteran and has launched and developed several successful apparel companies including Brands Unlimited.

Additionally, the company announced its intention to acquire certain revenue-generating assets of Brands Unlimited, including its account receivable, customer lists and intellectual property.
