Kestrel Bidco Not To Revise Its 106p/Kewill Share Offer - Quick Facts

Kestrel Bidco Ltd., a company indirectly owned by STG IV L.P., a fund managed by Symphony, said it will not be revising its 106 pence per Kewill Share offer.

It was on June 12 that Kewill plc (KWL.L) and Kestrel Bidco said they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer under which Kestrel Bidco will acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Kewill.
