Dollar Ticks Down After S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index

Following the release of the S&P/Case-Shiller home price index for April at 9:00 am ET, the US dollar drifted lower against its major counterparts. As of 9:01 am ET, the greenback was trading at 1.5597 against the pound, 79.48 against the yen, 1.2477 versus the euro and 0.9629 against the Swiss franc.
