Coinstar, Inc. (CSTR) is losing ground before the bell. The company announced that it has closed the acquisition of certain assets of NCR Corp.'s (NCR) self-service entertainment DVD kiosk business.
Shares of the company declined $1.59, or 2.4 percent, to $63.80.
Coinstar said it expects the NCR acquisition to decrease its earnings from continuing operations by between $0.40 and $0.50 per share and increase capital expenditures between $40 million and $45 million for the full year 2012.
