Medifocus Inc. (MFS.V: Quote, MDFZF.PK) announced an agreement with Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX: Quote) for the purchase of all of the assets of its Prolieve business, which sells devices for the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or BPH.
