Tony Iommi will get the King of Rock 'n' Roll Award at the 2nd annual Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund Awards Gala on October 31. Iommi is currently struggling with lymphoma.

The Dio Disciples, an all-star group comprised of former members of Dio, with Tim "Ripper" Owens (ex-Judas Priest) and Toby Jepsen (Little Angels), are booked to perform. Other musical acts have yet to be announced.

The event, which will be hosted by Eddie Trunk, raises awareness and money to "support cancer prevention research, raise awareness and educate the public with the focus that early detection and prevention is of vital importance." Tickets range in price from $200 to $12,000.

The Fund was established in 2010 following the death of Ronnie James Dio from cancer.
