Computer Services Inc. (CSVI.PK) announced that its Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 14 cents per share, a 12% increase from the previous cash dividend of 12.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 4, 2012.
