Jenelle Evans, co-star of MTV's reality series "Teen Mom" was arrested for assault and marijuana possession on Sunday. It is Evans third arrest this year after landing behind bars for making harassing phone calls and communicating threats, and also for violating a domestic violence protection order.
The troubled reality star has had a string of legal troubles in previous years including arrests for assault, drug paraphernalia and probation violation charges. She reportedly posted bail for this month's arrest and was released from prison on custody.
Evans is just the most recent "Teen Mom" star to cross paths with the law as Amber Portwood was also recently sentenced to five years in prison. Portwood was previously handed the sentence for a drug arrest, but was offered leniency on the condition that she complete a rehab program.
