Metric are set to hit the road for a ten-day Canadian tour this fall. The trip begins on November 9 at Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, British Columbia and ends November 24 at Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario.
Metric's fifth album, Synthetica, was released June 12 and debuted at number two on the Soundscan chart. The disc's first single, "Youth Without Youth," spent a record eight weeks at number one on the alternative radio chart.
The band also released a video for that track and staged a run of fan-only free gigs in select cities earlier this month including Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 29 at Ticketmaster, with pre-sales having been available since June 25. Tickets cost between $29.50 and $40 including taxes, with four-packs going for $140.
