Kevin Hart will star in a reboot of the 1986 film "About Last Night." The "Think Like a Man" star is set to play the friend of a man who tries to turn a one night stand into a long-term relationship, a role originally played by Jim Belushi.
Leslye Headland, writer-director of the 2012 Sundance hit "Bachelorette", is penning the script (which, like the first film, is based on David Mamet's play "Sexual Perversity in Chicago," but there is no director yet attached.
The 1986 version was directed by Ed Zwick and features a number of the Brat Pack actors including, Rob Lowe, Demi Moore and Elizabeth Perkins.
Hart, who got his start as a stand-up comedian, has appeared in two films this year, "Think Like A Man" and "The Five-Year Engagement." He's also lined up for the lead role in sports biopic "The Impossible Dream."
