Following the release of Japan industrial production data for the month of May, the yen showed little changes against its major counterparts in early Asian deals on Friday.
Japan's Industrial Production in May decreased 3.1% from the previous month, data from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry showed today. The seasonally adjusted index in May was 92.4.
The yen is now trading at 79.31 against the greenback, 123.10 against the pound, 98.70 against the euro and 82.19 against the franc.
