British consumer confidence remained unchanged in June, the latest survey by GfK/NOP revealed Friday.
The consumer confidence index was unchanged at -29 in June, in line with expectations.
"The stagnant level of consumer confidence suggests that the public is stuck in a period of constant depression, which it is finding very hard to snap out of," said Nick Moon, Managing Director of Social Research at GfK.
