Impax Labs Reveals That CFO Arthur Koch Resigns To Pursue Other Opportunities

A technology based specialty pharmaceutical company Imp[ex Laboratories Inc (IPXL: Quote) Friday announced that the company's Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Arthur A Koch, has informed the company of his decision to resign from his position with the company in order to pursue other opportunities.

Mr Koch, however, stated that he will assist the company in a smooth transition.

The company stated that Bryan M. Reasons, who currently serves as Vice President, Finance, has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer.

The Company further added that it will initiate a search for a permanent successor shortly.
