DuPont (DD) said Friday that the company and INVISTA have signed a settlement agreement resolving a lawsuit related to indemnification provisions of the 2004 agreement for DuPont's sale of its textiles and interiors business to subsidiaries of Koch Industries, Inc.
The matter was tried in a bench trial that began June 4 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
