Advanced Photonix Inc. (API: Quote) Friday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $1.1 million or $0.03 per share, compared to $563 thousand or $0.02 per share in the same quarter last year. The loss widened due mainly to lower revenues.
Adjusted loss for the quarter was $654 thousand or $0.02 per share, compared to a profit of $221 thousand or $0.01 per share last year.
Fourth-quarter revenues dropped 17 percent to $6.5 million from $7.9 million last year.
