O2 Micro International Ltd (OIIM: Quote) Friday lowered its revenue guidance for the second quarter, amid weak demand in company's end markets.
Second-quarter revenues is currently forecast in the range of $27.9 million to $28.5 million, down from $30.3 million to $31.8 million, reported previously.
Gross margin for the quarter is now expected to range between 55 percent and 56 percent.
