HSE Integrated Ltd. (HSL.TO) said Friday that its shareholders have approved the acquisition of the company by DXP Enterprises, Inc. pursuant to a plan of arrangement, which was previously announced on May 1.
The arrangement was also approved by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta later the same day on June 29.
The closing of the arrangement, which remains subject to the receipt of required regulatory approvals and the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent specified in the arrangement agreement, is expected to take place on or about July 11.
