Tegal Corp. (TGAL: Quote) announced Monday morning that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held CollabRx Inc.
Tegal has been rising steadily since the open Monday and is now up 1.85 at $5.45, with volume at over a 4-month high. The stock has broken out past resistance and has set a new high for the year.
